Tim provides legal counsel on all aspects of estate planning, whether foundational, multi-generational, or multi-state. For over 35 years, Tim’s practice has focused on the planning, drafting, and implementation of estate plans, the administration of estates and trusts, the establishment and operation of charitable trusts, private foundations and closely held entities, gift and estate tax compliance, trust and estate income taxation, and the modification and termination of irrevocable trusts.
