BUSINESS LAW

Adam helps clients form limited liability companies, partnerships, corporations and other business entities. He has counseled clients on strategic wealth transfer and estate and business succession planning, and he has designed and helped his clients implement and operate qualified pension and profit-sharing plans. For executives and key employees, Adam drafts and implements nonqualified deferred compensation programs, including golden parachutes, phantom stock plans and other incentive-based plans.
