Kevin Tibolt advises individuals and businesses of all sizes on various corporate and transactional matters. Kevin forms and organizes new businesses, assists companies with lending and financing arrangements, reviews and analyzes commercial contracts, and represents sellers and purchasers in company sales.
Kevin is passionate about supporting the Portland and Pacific Northwest business communities and believes in the principle of “doing well by doing good.” His prior career in college football administration and coaching shaped his practical, team-oriented approach and his dedication to helping clients work through challenges and achieve their goals.
