Tyler Howell brings a wealth of business and industry experience to the practice of law. In doing so, he prides himself on his ability to develop creative solutions to complicated issues for his clients seeking help with real estate, construction, and litigation matters.

Real Estate

Tyler developed a deep understanding of the real estate ecosphere while working for some of the largest and most well-respected institutions in Pacific Northwest commercial real estate. His experience negotiating numerous commercial transactions, and having helped his clients successfully close a broad spectrum of real estate transactions in nine different states provides him with a knowledge base that gives rise to effective solutions.

In addition to his commercial work, Tyler helps residential owners, buyers, sellers, and brokers navigate their real estate issues including purchase and sales, tenant-in-common agreements, easements, adverse possession, partition, seller non-disclosure, quiet title, and more.

Finally, Tyler also serves as in independent third-party “Referee” in partition actions.

Tyler put himself through undergraduate working as a carpenter and skilled laborer. He has roofed houses, poured foundations, built decks, installed windows, and more. Having hands on knowledge of how buildings are constructed allows Tyler to understand the most complex construction projects, and the real world challenges faced by general contractors today.

Contractors rely on Tyler for their contracts, risk management, mechanics liens, and litigation. Owners rely on Tyler for contracting, alternative dispute resolution, and litigation.
