Noah represents individuals and entities involved in land use disputes, land use approvals, real property disputes, and environmental matters before the local government, the Land Use Board of Appeals, and the Oregon Court of Appeals. Prior to joining the firm, Noah practiced commercial real estate law in house for KinderCare Learning Centers Inc.
Professional Highlights
Noah graduated from Lewis and Clark Law School in 2004. During law school Noah gained professional experience as a summer law clerk for Oregon Supreme Court Justice Paul J. DeMuniz. Before law school, Noah was an engineer with Siemens Energy & Automation. He earned a Bachelor of Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1998.
