The focus of Dave's practice is real estate transactions, general financing matters, mergers and acquisitions, corporate formations and restructuring, cooperatives, shareholder and general corporate matters. He has also assisted international and national financial institutions with commercial and real estate loan transactions, structured workouts, enforcement of creditors' rights, federal and state regulatory matters, and defense of lender liability claims.

Dave has extensive experience with every facet of real estate law and operations. He has represented owners, sellers, buyers, lenders and borrowers in all types of real estate transactions and related business matters, including entity organization, acquisition, financing, development, construction, sales, leasing, litigation, loan workouts and restructures. Dave's broad experience in real property transactions and operations provides him with the background and expertise to deal with virtually any property related matter.
Arbitration
Dave serves as a neutral and advocate in all types of commercial, construction and dispute resolution proceedings, arbitrations and mediations. He has acted as an as arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association, the Arbitration Service of Portland and Multnomah County Circuit Court, as well as private parties.
