A member of the Executive Committee of the Oregon chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), Jennifer represents individuals and employers in a variety of immigration matters for the high-tech, marketing, manufacturing, industrial and education sectors. She handles immigration issues related to intra-company transfers of key executives, managerial and specialist personnel, as well as H visas for temporary professionals and scientific workers. Jennifer, who speaks Spanish fluently, has more than ten years of experience with labor certifications, immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, naturalization, deportation, VAWA and asylum cases.

Jennifer was a researcher and editor for the Lewis and Clark Law Review, and participated in the Iowa Writers’ Workshop. She regularly speaks to employer groups about important developments in immigration law.
