Jeff’s practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate, financing transactions and business law in general. He has particular experience working on the development, leasing, sale and financing of office, retail, industrial and residential projects. Jeff has represented developers, lenders, owners and corporations in a variety of real estate related transactions and draws on that experience to help craft practical and efficient solutions for his clients. REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT
Representing real estate developers in the acquisition, development, leasing, financing and sale of a variety of real estate assets, including single-parcel build-to-suit developments for national tenants, multifamily residential buildings, office buildings, and shopping centers with outparcel development.
REAL ESTATE LENDING
Assisting borrowers and financial institutions in negotiating and documenting real estate secured loan transactions, including term loans, construction loans, and distressed loan workouts and restructurings (including deed-in-lieu of foreclosure conveyances).
Representing landlords and tenants in the preparation and negotiation of leases of office, industrial and retail space, including office headquarters leases, ground leases for development by the tenant, and long-term leases to build-to-suit tenants.
CORPORATE REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT
Advising corporate clients in all aspects of the management, leasing, ownership and acquisition/disposition of their corporate real estate holdings.
Advised clients regarding entity formation issues, corporate governance, joint ventures, corporate lines of credit and other corporate financing, contracting issues and business sales and purchases.
