Elliott Dale’s practice emphasizes general business counsel and real estate transactions and development.
Elliott supports clients in day-to-day and strategic business matters to manage risk and make informed decisions including assistance with entity selection, formation, and maintenance, corporate fundraising and securities compliance, regulatory compliance, business contract drafting and negotiations, employee and human resources issues and policy development, equity and asset purchase and sales transactions, and legal research, strategy, and advice.
Real Estate Law
Elliott assists individual and business clients with structuring, negotiating, and documenting commercial and residential real estate transactions, including purchase and sale, leasing, land acquisition and development, construction, financing, enforcement of rights, and resolution of disputes.
Elliott is an incoming member of the executive committee of the Oregon State Bar’s Corporate Counsel Section and serves as board member of both the Willamette University Alumni Association and Family and Community Together (FACT). Prior to joining Black Helterline LLP, Elliott worked in private law firms in Portland and Salem representing clients in business and real estate matters. Before his legal career, he gained significant business experience working for a number of organizations in the areas of recruitment, business development, human resources and general management.
